About the founder of Manifestations by Design™, Inc. and the company:
My name is Malane Young and I developed the idea for Manifestations by Design™, Inc. (MbD) in 2003 while attending a micro-credit class during a major transition in my own life. This transition was just one of many in my past - some good and some not-so-good. During my life's transitions, I found people asking me "How do you do it? Where do you get the energy? How did you come up with the ideas and the courage to go for it?". Because I was able to maintain a healthy outlook and demeanor, some would say, "I never would've known you were going through something." This made me seriously sit back and think. There are so many people who could benefit from my experience and insight.
When I looked back over my life, I realized that there were specific things that I learned and practiced that allowed me to "thrive" no matter what was going on in my life. That didn't mean that the heartache was any less serious or hurtful than anyone else's. The secret was, I figured out how to alleviate the effects of the setbacks and build myself up higher each time. I learned how to "grow" through each situation...not just "go" through it. I was determined that I would never allow anyone to steal my dreams which included the business that I knew I would one day start. It required time to heal, reflect and invest in myself. I acquired coaches and mentors who challenged and developed me. This is something that I continue to do to this day.

Manifestations by Design™, Inc. (MbD) is a niche company, focused on providing individuals along with single and solo parent "aspiring" entrepreneurs with the resources and tools they need to be successful. As a child, I designed businesses, but I didn't have anyone teach me how to articulate my ideas into a functioning business. Additionally, there are a unique set of challenges that arise when you have children and you are attempting to start or expand your business. We will teach you how to achieve this while balancing the various school, parenting, work, family and social obligations. You will have the support of a community of other kidpreneurs & parents along with MbD's experts to aide you along the way.
I don't discriminate...If you do not have children, then you will have insight into how to adapt your specific business products and services in a way which will benefit your target market in addition to how to also serve ambitious youth and those with children.
